German WW2 STG 44 / MP44 7.92 mm 0 Rifles

This is a relic WW2 German STG 44 / MP44 that was dug up in an old crater used to dump battlefield debris after the battle at Arnhem..

It was found with a couple of others in 2005.

I bought it from the UK diggers who sourced it that year.

The buyer will be given more background information.

It has been improved for display through the addition of a front foresight hood, hand guard, grips, repro magazine and wooden buttstock, with working oiler hatch. The original mag is included. It is a true piece of history.

There is evidence of some battle damage to one side which I have photographed. The rifle is in really solid condition.

Relics in this condition are virtually unobtainable in the UK.
