Mauser MG34 7.92 mm Machine Guns

Reluctant sale of one of the best items in my collection, but needs must.

Have here a truly one of a kind 1939 production Mauser MG34.

Very good condition throughout, with definite signs of use but finish is largely intact and has a lovely patina.

Matching serial numbers, though as is evidenced by the photos some parts have been replaced by armourers in-period, these have then been electro-pencilled with the original serial number to match, definitely a war horse and likely saw service throughout the entirety of the second World War, very uncommon to find such an early dated example.

Cocks strips and dry fires, and what really sets it apart from anything else available, the barrel is still removable as this is a very early deactivation, so the weapon is entirely strippable and the quick change barrel mechanism can be demonstrated, very handy if you are a re-enactor for example.

Also included in sale is a hard to find original MG34 sling, with shoulder padding, becoming increasingly hard to find in their own right.
