A very rare antique brass Mounted Kilij sword with its correct matching brass mounted scabbard. 18th or 19th Century. Possibly Turkish. The cross-guard made of iron with brass inlaid decoration. The blade with cut back hatchet point and inlaid with much gold decoration (Please see photos). Overall length in scabbard 28 inches. Horn grip repaired and wrapped with old wire. The leather scabbard covering in very good condition. The two brass scabbard mounts are embossed with animals. The sword is in reasonably good original untouched condition. Blade length 22 inches.
