Create my profile now!Jeremiah Patrick was an English Liverpool based Gunsmith between 1795-1814 The business was then taken on by Edward Patrick between 1814-1820 & finally by Ann Patrick from 1820-1832. This is a fine .44" Bore brass framed percussion pocket pistol by Patrick. It is 6 inches overall with a 1 3/4" screw off barrel & a dolphin hammer. On the left side amongst the fine foliate decoration is engraved 'Patrick' and the right 'Liverpool' within foliate design. It has a concealed folding trigger & sliding safety catch feature. The action works as it should. It has impressed proof /inspection marks on the barrel and frame. The bag shaped wood grip is excellent & undamaged and is inlaid with a void silver escutcheon. The price includes UK delivery. NB As an antique percussion pistol no licence is required to possess in the UK if retained as a part of a collection or display. A 530.
