About our business
We are a family run business specialising in the retail of airguns, CO2 guns, shotguns & firearms, including related clothing & accessories. We pride ourselves on customer service & honest business practices which we believe to be the most important aspect of our business. Our business has been established since 1985 when Tim & Janet McAvoy (Partners of the business) opened T & J. J. McAvoy Gunsmiths on High Street in Standish. Tim McAvoy had previously worked in the gun trade from 1972 where he started with just a Saturday job & his interest & knowledge of guns went from strength to strength.
