19th Century Percussion Cap Double Barreled Shotgun

With damascus barrels and double gold line at breech. The barrel key surrounds are finished in white metal (silver).  Fine engraving to metal parts, although decoration to the locks are nearly worn smooth and the makers name is now indistinct.

Both actions work well at full and half position and springs are strong.

There are 2 repairs to the grip and the nipples are missing, as is the brass cover for the ebony ramrod worm.

Although rather worn now, it is clear that this was a fine quality piece.
