Whirney Navy Percussion Revolver .36 Revolver

The Whitney Navy revolver 2nd model fourth type is, given its age in really excellent working condition, price for this is £1950 It has a very even overall patina with a very good bore which does have a small area of internal salt and pepper pitting commensurate with its age. Nipples are fine with no mushrooming. Grips are very good with a small amount of oil staining. Cylinder is also very good and rotates and locks well timing is fine. The rammer does have some light pitting as shown on the photos. A very fine example of an American Civil War Revolver in exceptional overall condition for a revolver over 140 rears old.
