The underside of the 3 ¼” barrel is numbered "13444''. The barrel’s bore is near mint, clean with crisp rifling. "D. WILLIAMSON'S PATENT” is marked on the cylinder together with faint indistinct “JANUARY 5, 1864". The 'Gold Washed' frame and butt strap are nicely scroll engraved. It has its original smooth dark rosewood grip. The cocking & firing action work as they should. The price includes UK delivery. NB As an antique teat fire pistol no licence is required to own this item in the UK if retained as part of a collection or display. Sn 17040.
