Description

INERT DEACTIVATED. German WW2 3.7cm PAK 36 (37x250) HE (Explosive) round with a copper washed steel cartridge case. The steel cartridge case retains approximately half of its original brass washed finish and is headstamped 22 P94 38 (1938 date) 6331St 3.7cm Pak waffenampt 258. The brass percussion primer is stamped C/23 bmv (Rheinmetall-Borsig AG, Soemmerda plant, Soemmerda) 65 41 (1941 date). The unfired projectile retains some of its original silver painted finish. The projectile has an iron driving band. The alloy AZ39 nose fuse is stamped round its circumference AZ39 d42 (1942 date) 4a waffenampt 343. The round is complete with its original empty propellant charge bag. See page 189 to 192, Hogg, German Artillery of World War Two.
