Here we have a London Small Arms (LSA) 1908 War Office single shot Miniature/Training Rifle, matching numbers with the LSA logo stamped on the butt stock. This rifle is all correct with an especially nice front & rear sight, brass butt plate with spring loaded lid over storage compartment for pull through, oil etc. Overall a very nice example, probably an older restoration. I would say about as good as you're going to get...
