WW1 Era M13 British Army In India Gurkha Kukri, 2 Skinners, Scabbard Leather Frog & Khaki Field Combat Cover . ED 2575 - ED 2575

This is an original WW1 era British WD Gurkha Military Kukri. It has a 13” single edged Kukri blade with fullers & blood notch. The blade has staining to be expected with age and service use. The blade is marked ‘M13’. It measures 17” overall. The tropical hard wood grip with 5 grooved bands in the midsection is secured by 2 brass rivets and it has a steel pommel plate. It comes with original leather covered wood scabbard fitted with khaki field combat cover & leather frog which is secured to the scabbard by leather laces & has 2 belt loops with adjustable straps with buckles. The frog has 2 pockets for the skinners at the throat. The skinner’s blades are both 2 ¾” length and are typically curved. One of the blades is un-sharpened. Both skinners have wood handles.
